EPCOT Food & Wine: The Menu

Anyone who has spoken to me since I got vaccinated knows I have the travel bug bad, real bad! But my poor baby girl can’t go anywhere yet. I wanted to take a trip with just my husband and I, this summer but he’s got a packed work schedule and we’ve got a lot of trips on the books for fall and winter. Literally the day after she’s vaccinated I am putting her on a place to Disney. Ok maybe not immediately. Last min trips aren’t really my style. Suffice to say I have some stuff planned.

I assume you read the title of this blog and said, wait why are you blogging about the Food & Wine Festival, at EPCOT if you’re not going. Well long story short we had a flight credit expiring in October and Scarlett won’t be able to use it. We’ve got all this money tied up in Disney gift cards (read this post to learn how to save money on them) so we decided to have a grown up Disney trip. At first I felt super guilty but the more I dove into F&W the more excited I got for this to be a mommy and daddy trip. I want to share with you some of my research to prepare for this trip. Part of the purpose of this blog is to let you get inside my head and how I plan epic trips, but of course I can now officially help you with yours.

There are endless Disney Facebook groups, but the most useful one for F&W is Disney Foodies. I don’t always agree with the member’s reviews of Disney food, but there is some great inspiration and I learned about an app to help me plan and enjoy F&W. Head to your app store and download WDW Food and Wine. It has the entire list of food and drink offerings during the festival. Unfortunately, we’re going in September so we’ll miss the October 50th Anniversary offerings but there is still more food and drink than we could ever try. You can get the full list here but I am going to share with you what Pat and I will be sampling in just over 60 days!
